Our purpose
Serving businesses and organizations with finite internal resources, expertise, and budgets, Cloudbutton helps its customers get the most out of their Amazon Web Services (AWS) investments.
Using an agile-based approach, Cloudbutton can help to solve immediate and pressing needs that are impacting an organization’s ability to be innovative and effective with AWS technologies.
Instead of days or weeks of requirements discussions and slide deck presentations, we add value to an organization on day 1 by taking a different approach:
Through deep engagement with development, DevOps, and IT teams, we quickly identify pain points with regards to cloud maturity, skills and cultural resistance to cloud adoption.
We then develop stories or projects around specific areas of concern with very clear outcomes and timelines (e.g. a 2- week sprint).
We interact with teams to take on these projects, taking a hands-on-the-keyboard approach to augment staff as needed.
The end result is not just ‘fixing’ a problem, but creating a scalable and resilient solution.
Projects are not complete until knowledge has been transitioned to the team so they can understand and manage any new processes or services going forward.
